REGISTRATION OPEN Oct 12 - Nov 20, 2009 for these programs:
- T1: Annual Training Plan. November 2009 through October 2010. 12 months of customized training plans for half-marathons and marathons. $250 for new participants. $200 for program alumni.
- T2: 13 Week Training Plan. November 2009 through January 2010. Customized training plans for 10K and half-marathon events. $120 for new participants. $95 for program alumni.
- T3: 30 Week Training Plan. November 2009 through May 2010. Customized training plans for 10K and half-marathon and marathon events. $175 for new participants. $140 for program alumni.
- B1 (Beginner): 10k Plan. November 2009 through January. This program takes you from a 5k starting point to the Cascade 10k in January 2010. $120 for new participants. $95 for program alumni.
REGISTRATION OPEN Jan 2 - Jan 18, 2010 for this program:
- B2 (Beginner): Half-Marathon Plan. January 2010 through May 2010. This program takes you from a 5k starting point to the Eugene Half-Marathon in May 2010. $135 for new participants. $105 for program alumni.
REGISTRATION OPEN Jan 18 - Feb 8, 2010 for these programs:
- T4: 17 Week Training Plan. January 2010 through May 2010. Customized training plans for 10K and half-marathon events. $135 for new participants. $105 for program alumni.
- T5: 39 Week Training Plan. February 2010 through October 2010. Customized training plans for 10K and half-marathon and marathon events. $200 for new participants. $160 for program alumni.

- B3: 28 Week Beginner Marathon Training Plan. April 2010 through October 2010. Customized training plans for fall marathon events. $175 for new participants. $140 for program alumni.
REGISTRATION OPEN May 20 - June 7, 2010 for this program:
- T6: 22 Week Training Plan. June 2010 through October 2010. Customized training plans for 10K and half-marathon and marathon events. $150 for new participants. $120 for program alumni.
